Wonderful facility, excellent services, the staff is very good and professional, in particular I would like to thank Elisa from reception and Rossana (mountain guide) for their helpfulness and kindness.

Reception, food, spa, wellness centre, cleanliness: EXCELLENT.I would like to point out and emphasise the great professionalism of the beautician Rosaria and the excellent Guinot products.
Services included in the overnight stay not to be underestimated: thanks to Rossana we enjoyed an excellent organisation of day trips offered to skiers and not. In addition, the towels nn have the classic annoying smell of amuchina, so also good laundry valuation. Hotel near the centre of Moena within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

We appreciated the kindness of all the staff, the cleanliness, all the facilities, the beautiful spa- excellent cuisine with 4 menus to choose from every day (express cuisine) - quality food - fabulous breakfast.
A special thanks to the entertainment staff, especially Rossana and Letizia. They were able to brighten up our stay with both skiing and soft activities.

I was at the Hotel alle Alpi for a few days in January with my wife and son and I am writing this review because I was very happy with my stay .
The hotel is very close to the centre of Moena and easily accessible on foot . the car park is right in front of the hotel .
The parking lot is right in front of the hotel . On our arrival the receptionist gave us a suite with a beautiful panoramic view as it was available instead of the triple room I had booked .
I was very pleased with the staff and the room, the spa and the hotel in general very clean.

We spent 5 fantastic days ...kudos to the Director who managed to put together a team of professionals in all departments
We felt pampered at all times of the day and especially on the evening of my daughter's birthday
Thanks to the Director for his kindness and professionalism
